205 lbs.....How much Protein per day?

As of now i'm only chugging about 80 grams of protein a day. I drink one shake after I leave the gym, one in the middle of the day, and one before bed. Should I be drinking more? I am looking for size, and could give a shit less about cutting. TIA

is 80grms total or 80grms just from shakes?

if it's total that's too low u should shoot for at least 200g of protein for ur weight

if it's just from shakes then i guess it's ok
I personally prefer to get my protein from whole foods and only go for shakes after I do training
Shakes are for me supplements :)
 
Whatever, as long as you are getting over 200 grams of protein a day, from both solid food and protein shakes. Preferably you'll want to get the majority of the protein from real food.
 
As a rule of thumb, I stick with 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight depending on what supps I'm using at the time. But I agree, 80 grams is way to low for weight trainning...

Quick question. I'm a VERY busy man, and don't have much time to stop and cook or eat "good" food. I mostly try to stick with something somewhat good that doesnt take much time like Subway, but every now and then it's Wendy's for me. Will it be alright just chugging down a couple of extra shakes to get the Protein?

Of course, it's better than skipping a meal.
