Wow... You guys crack me up... It was a good thread to start the morning off with. I prefer the mudpits at the end of a tough obstacle course. Both can get "Dirty" and no food involved... Plus another added benefit is your skin will be softer once you take a nice long hot shower :chomp:
 
I'm sure I can find some advice somewhere online that peanut butter is also good for the skin.

I would imagine though, that if you were to smear it all over your body, you'd really have to love the smell of npb. Maybe we should start an NPB Professional Wrestling Association. Clothing optional.

Crunchy PB? That would be scratchy wiping that stuff on... Although it could be a good exfoliator :) Lets make a crunchy PB pit and we can all wrestle and it would be a good scrub :qt: for all!

o.k. speaking of PB where do you find that Natty's stuff you all talk about? My grocery store does not carry it. Does Trader Joe's or Whole Foods ?

IF you look at the label.....theres not a lot of difference between some "unnatural" and natty ones....

2T = 180 cal, 16 g fat, 8 g protein, and 6 carbs
How does that compare?

Yeah I noticed that myself... sorry Shadow. My last post and then you get on with your log... Kroger, and Bush's. Neither one.

That's about right..... Take a look at the ingredients, it should be made with peanuts and salt only, no added sugar or other junk.

It's rare to find natural peanut butter at a regular grocery store, you can find it at health stores.

Mmmmmmmmm, sounds good! You need to make my "twice baked" sweet potato -- it's realllllllly goood!!

Well, cinnamon/sugar or Splenda sweet potatoes do rock!! But for something different:

Microwave the SP (that's for sweet potato) for about 4-5 minutes, then bake at 375 degress F for about 10-15 minutes. Cut SP in half & scoop out the inside. Lay out shell & spray with cooking spray & bake for another 10 minutes, or longer if you like the shell crispy.

Meanwhile, in a bowl or pot, mix the SP insides with chopped garlic, Olive Oil, broth, and spices: Like pepper, Cajun Spice, red pepper flakes, etc..... Refill shell with the SP mix & drizzle a little Olive oil on top or spray with cooking spray then bake till inside hot & top slightly crispy.

The "sweet" flavor of the SP combined with the savory of everything else is sooooooooooooooo yummy!!

db's in each hand....elbow in a bit......curl palms up and then rotate so that you are doing a reverse curl negative on the way down....works GREAT
 
And then rotate back at the bottom of the rep so your palm is facing back up when you start the upward curl again?

Ow. I've never seen anyone do that. And it's making my tendonitis hurt just thinking about it.


Arms day is Sunday so we'll give that a shot. :)

I am still learning my body more and more every day... It is amazing how much you learn if you just 'listen' to it. ;)

Speaking of cravings & just having a small amount -- HAVE IT!!

BUT -- make sure that what you have is of the HIGHEST Quality! Such as chocolate -- buy Swiss or very high quality American Chocolate -- ONE small piece will do it.
