...at them oment its between 2100-2400

I don't know you're bodyweight...did you say you weigh 200+lbs!?? You are ~10% at ~ 200+lbs??? Is that right?

Are you training for something? You said solidify a bit. I looked over what you ate today and didn't know if you wanted any feedback really - but honestly it didn't look like anything that was going to carry you through a kick-ass training session. I weighed 145-150 at 10% BF in 6/2003 and was taking in at least 3500cals of clean food per day.

What are your goals? Are you looking for any feedback really?

YOU have a great metabolism - its that simple.

Im eating 2300-2400 cals most every day with a 36 hour cheat each weekend....thatr cheat nets an additional 2500 or so more cals than during the week..so my "average" days cals are 2500-2700...

supplements also make a huge difference in how your body handles cals...being on as Im sure you are aware allows you to get away with a lot more in terms of diet.

I also havent posted any specific amounts of what I have been consuming for severals days - so Im curious as to what, specifically, you saw that would make you think Iam undereating.

as far as feedback -if you want to make a comment - go ahead...look a couple of posts up at starting numbers from the first part of the month

How many cals/ppund did you consume for you last show...pre-contest diet?

Hmmm...A little sensitive. Wow...Well, let me explain and answer some of what you have here:

First - never tell someone they are of course - "ON" gear when you don't know them from Adam...I think this is the first time you've replied to a post of mine? I can see you realizing I will take offense to that. Maybe I have a great metabolism, maybe I just train really heavy in powerlifting...maybe I pull a sled outside and ride a mountain bike or run sprints on a track...maybe I eat clean all the time and maybe I don't. You can NEVER assume.

Second - I asked if you 'wanted' any feedback, not that I was going to give it whether you liked it or not. If you don't want it, I won't give it. I figured since you posted up your diet - you wanted someone to say "something."

Third - You are eating too little for your bodyweight if you are training heavy, etc. I would imagine moderating on a fitness board you are training pretty hard - not assuming. I don't equate the amount of food and type I was going to suggest - had you wanted any feedback - to be because I thought you were "ON"...only to help you realize the diet wasn't nutritionally 'sound' as you posted it. Simple as that. Only looked at your calories consumed. And why wouldn't you post up the amounts? Are you trying to educate others or get feedback???

And lastly...If you are a MOD - as a new member to this forum I would have expected a welcome reply or a more educated thread about why your diet is there and what it has or hasn't done for you. I wasn't trying to be a shit really - to be honest, I thought you were a female when I posted. I didn't look at the Avatar or any details about gender. I figured I was in the Women's forum and was posting reply to a female...and a big ass, lean one at that. So - for that "MY BAD" - but for you... C'mon - cut me some slack. I was just trying to help out.

I think you might have took what he was saying the wrong way, but then again what do it know :p

Shadow's da bomb... I'm sure he'd love any constructive critism

WHOA...WHERE DID i SAY ANYONE WAS ON?? MY COMMENT WAS DIRECTED TOWARD YOUR GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AS I HAVE READ YOUR POSTS AND YOU KNOW YOUR STUFF...I ALSO MADE THAT EXACT STAEMENT ABOUT YOUR METABOLISM. DAMN...WHERE DID YOU GET I WAS SYAING YOU ARE ON?? JESUS CHRIST.

Second - I asked if you 'wanted' any feedback, not that I was going to give it whether you liked it or not. If you don't want it, I won't give it. I figured since you posted up your diet - you wanted someone to say "something."

I ODNT CARE IF ANYONE COMMENTS AS I SAID.

HOW CAN YOU KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES ANOTHER SHOULD CONSUME WHEN CUTTING??

AND PLEASE - DEFINE "SOUND"

I ASKED YOU HOW MANY CALS YOU CONSUME WHEN YOU DIET DOWN AND I GOT NO REPLY...

IF YOU HAD SKIMMED THEU THE THREAD YOU WOULD HAVE SSEN THAT FOR WEEKS I POSTED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EATING...I ALSO MADE NUMEROUS REMARKS THAT UNLESS NOTED THE DIET WAS STAYING THE SAME.

And lastly...If you are a MOD - as a new member to this forum I would have expected a welcome reply or a more educated thread about why your diet is there and what it has or hasn't done for you. AS FAR AS "EDUCATED" GOES....YOU DIDNT BOTHER TO READ ENOUGH OF THE THREAD TO EVEN KNOW MY GENDER.

NOW - WE NEED TO START THIS OVER....

WELCOME TO THE FORUM

I'IM A GUY

LOL

You say welcome, but your still being a *hit kinda.

OH PLEASE...YOU TOTALLY TOOK MY COMMENTS THE WRONG WAY..SOMEONE ELSE EVEN STATED SO.....

Here's what I saw - so whatever diet your eating if this isn't it - maybe you can find it for me:

ok...back to reality....diet will be same
---Shake, pbutter, peanuts, tuna, pbutter, shake, dinner... I looked around but saw several days where you ate 6 meals, but two of them where peanuts and water.

THATS IS CORRECT.....THOSE WERE APPROX 270-300 CALS DEPENDING ON THE SIZE..THERE IS ALOS THE REFEED, MAINLY ON CARBS OBER THE WEEKEND.

Where did I get you were saying I was "On"...
---"supplements also make a huge difference in how your body handles cals...being on as Im sure you are aware allows you to get away with a lot more in terms of diet."
---what is that supposed to mean then if not what I took it to mean, c'mon...

I TOLD YOU WHAT I MEANT..YOU TOOK IT THE WRONG WAY. PEROID.

When I dieted down in 2003 - I dropped from 3500 to 2700 then to 2250 then to 1800. That was to obtain an extremely low BF for a women of 7%. Not at all healthy in any way. That was for a show though and not daily life. But to get my metabolism high - i had to have a lot of calories. I was really full and sick half the time, but as my strength and muscle mass increased - my metabolism rose. You have to learn what works for you. Losing muscle was never an option. Some people don't give a crap if they lost muscle when cutting - some do.

AND IM NOT - LOOK AT THE NUMBERS,,IM LEANER AND HAVE A HIGHER LBM THAN 3 WEEKS AGO...SO YOU USED APPROX THE SAME RATIO FOR CALS THAT I AM USING THEN?

I have to reply more tomorrow. Have to sleep.
