200 mg deca, 1 per week?

Hey guys I'm new to this place so bare with me. I just bought some Greek Deca called Nandrolone Decanoate Norma. It's 200 mg per 2ml. I shot one up on mon. Prior to that I was doing the Orgenon rediject 50mg 2 times a week. How long before I see results and what can I look for with this dosage of 200mg a week? Any feedback would be great!!

Im doing a gram a week and it is not that great.... 200mg/week.. dont expect very much if anything at all.. Im sure you would see more gains on Creatine and Glutamine..

I agree, 200mg a week is not going to do much.
 
That is BS. You can get good results from a small amount provided your diet, training, consistancy and rest are all up to par. My photos showing my progress on here are living proof. I am currently on 200mg Deca every 5 days and Testoviron Depot 250mg every 5 with Sten 120mg every 3 days. I am also an experienced user. I have used over a gram in the past and didn't have as good results until I got everything else right. You can take all the gear in the world but you are only as strong as your weakest link.

Gear, if you are having shit results on 1g per week then you are definately doing something wrong. However, I am not concerned if you take my advice or not. I am growing and that is all that matters to me. I imagine with that attitude you will actually up your dosages and still have no results.
 
200 alone does jack but helps the joints, you call yourself "decfreak" then you should be posting that you're taking some mega doses of deca. The rediject you took before, was that deca also? Whats your goals? Stick around.

I agree small amounts of AS will give results, but how small is small? The amounts you are doing are much greater than 200 of deca a week.

Yes, I am using a little more but as I said I have a little experience (7 years of usage). I also happen to be training for a competition. From the nature of this guys post and the fact that he says he is new to this place I presumme he is not all that experienced in gear usage, I may be wrong.
 
200MG/WEEK IS REALLY ALL YOU NEED...IN MY EXPERIENCE,I GAINED 22 LBS IN THE FIRST 4 WEEKS,W/ MINIMAL WATER RETENTION.BUMP FOR THE STRENGTHMONSTER FOR STATING THAT DIET ESPECIALLY IS THE "KEY"...MY FRIEND WAS ALSO TAKING THE SAME AMOUNT AS ME,BUT GOT SHITTY RESULTS DUE TO HIS INCONSISTENT DIET.I WAS EATING 4500 CLEAN CALS @ A 40-30-30 RATIO AND GOT AMAZING RESULTS AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED.I HAVE ALSO ADDED SOME WINNY TO THE MIX AT THE MOMENT AND REDUCED MY CALORIES TO 3000,AND FEELING THE "RIP" EFFECT,WHILE MAINTAINING MY WEIGHT.IN ADDITION,I DID NOT SEE ANY "DECA-DICK" AS WELL,DUE TO THE MILD DOSAGE.PLEASE TAKE A SERIOUS NOTE,IN THAT YOU WILL NOT MAXIMIZE YOUR GEAR'S EFFECT IF YOUR DIET/TRAINING ARE SUFFERING AND INCONSISTENT.YOU PAY ALL THAT $$$,MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PLAN...GOOD LUCK.
 
Prior to the normas, You were only doing to 50 mg redijects per week. Thats only 100mg per week. Maybe you should add some test. Some Sust at 25omg per week also. That would be a decent first cycle. How old are you? Do you eat right?

Hey I appreciate the feedback, don't grt me wrong I'm not some kind of idiot when it comes to traing and nutrition I'm just new to the "gear" I talk to a lot of guys on "it" and everybody says different things. I get all my Stuff at cost so my friends aren't trying to "sell" me, I just twant honest opinions and info so that I can make the right decisions. Thanx
 
When you said rediject 50mg I had a feeling it was a typo and you meant sus 250 rediject. I'd personally run it with the deca in those dosages. Put them both (250 sus & 200 deca) in the same syringe and have the shot every 5-7 days. You can transfer the rediject by injecting it into a fresh barrel with no pin on the end and the stopper pulled out near the end. As for the food, don't forget you will be able to eat more on gear and you should increase the food consistantly according to your increase in size.
 
Combining them in one syring will help take some of the pain away from the sus. Many people experience pain from it due to the prop in it. As for your gains, it is impossible to say as there are so many other factors involved such as genetics, metabolism, diet, training and rest. If you are just under 200lb then I would aim for 4000 (clean) calories a day with 300g+ protein, split up over at LEAST 6 meals and at least 8 quality hours sleep each night. Also be sure you are not low on any vitamins or minerals and drink plenty of water. Do all of this and your gains will be maximum.
 
This is very similar to my first cycle which I have just finnished. I took 200mg of deca once a week for six weeks. I did not see 'great' results save a protruding vein in my left bicep. But I did get stronger. After speaking with various members of the board the general opinion is to up the Deca to 400mgs per week (for 10 weeks) and throw in 30mgs of Dianabol a day for the first 5 weeks. I will be doing this on my second cycle in about 8 weeks.
