20 week cycle bulk and cut ;)

Done cycles incl deca , tren etc
28 bf14% 209lbs 6ft previous cycles ... Trt

I have caber and adex and proviron running throughout
Our summer is June July August . Suppose main goal is to put muscle on then rip

I want to bulk for 12 weeks then cut for 8
Bulk 700 cal surplus , cut 500 deficit

2 options

1
1-12 tren E 600
1-12 test E 400
1-4 dbol 40
Then cut at week 12
13-20 test 600
Add anavar if needed at end

OR

2
1-8 testE 600
1-4 dbol 40
9-20 tren E 600
9-20 test E 400
Bulk will be again up to week 12 then cut
Anavar at end if needed

Hcg on both cycles not sure yet if I should

What you guys think
 
I like option two, definitely throw some var in there for the last six or so weeks. Run the var at 50 to 75 mg a day

I suppose this option will rip me to shreds ... But I'll be sacrificing abit of bulk as I'll be using the tren at the end. Hmmm decisions.:)
 
I think the bulk then cut approach is a little outdated. And unless you're preparing for a competition you're wasting a lot of time effort and money to fine tune something and lose 75% of what you gained...which is what happens when you go and down too fast. The body doesn't get used to holding the mass. And once you cut,at some point you have to go back to eating normally and get off the tren. So I guess it all comes down to your objective.

I thought once muscle is gained that's it ... It's yours , then slowly reduce cals to just below maintenance into a cut ... After 20 weeks I'll be on trt dose and eating maintenance through the summer ... What do you recommend is my best approach to this .., objective is to add a lot of muscle but is like to eventually be sub 10% mate
 
My third option if it's true I'll lose75 per cent is to go all out 20 week bulk . How long do you have to maintain the muscle for your body to get used to it ?

I'm tempted to just bulk 20 weeks with first option and be fat for summer but I'll have a lot of muscle
 
I dont see anything wrong with bulking for 8-10 weeks then cutting for another 8-10 weeks the last half of a cycle. I do it pretty much every cycle. Tale advantage of muscle gain through 8 weeks until myostatin levels peak and gains stall. At that point it only makes sense to cut because it is virtually impossible to gain muscle at the point while myostatin is high. There is zero threat to losing any muscle if you are cutting while still on high doses.
That method is the most efficient way to get the most benefit out of long cycles in my opinion

Yes this was my thinking , if I bulk for 12 weeks then cut for 10 immediately after on tren 600 test 400 and Bari shouldn't lose any muscle due to high doses ..
What sort of deficit in cals do you use? While cutting mate

I'd drop your test to 250 so u let the tren shine with less sides. Also, I'd throw in GW with the tren and at least 4 weeks after dropping tren. I'd also take some n2guard for the cycle to protect your organs.

Sorry to sound dumb I am not familiar with n2 gaurd or gw... Where can you get gw , what's it stand for and main reason to take it ...
Would you take t3 and clen also ? To help fat loss

yes, scrap the eca and clen... just run sarms bro... clen is so dangerous and just not worth it... sarms will still build muscle, have minimal to no side effects, will melt fat, increase strength, size, endurance, overall sense of well being, etc... seems like a no brainer bro

thats more like it ^^^^^ dbol+test at the front end of the cycle and then half the test and run tren @ 400-500mg.

dont even think about clen or eca - the sweats are gonna be bad enough without that shit not to mention the extra stress that crap puts on your system.

i dont think you need var ,mast or anything else on this run.

Yes sorted cycle the pic I added in my last post ^^^, I've put a lot of fat on mid section
Wanted to bulk for first 12 wks of this cycle . But so conscious of fat. However muscle needs increasing big time , viscous circle bro
 
What are you running for on-cycle support?

Liv 52 multi vits fish oils etc for now . I've ordered n2 gaurd . I'll start them immediately as I'm 2 weeks into test dbol .

My back and elbow are in pain . Muscles achy.
Not sure if it's down to strength gains already from dbol and working hard I'm a plumber so lifting radiators and boilers all day etc . Annoying as I had 3 days off gym so far n looks like I need another day or 2 ... A&be been fine for a years and suddenly I get all achy and pain

Just had a thought , if I run the test and tren anavar until end of blast when cutting, then back to trt cruise I'll still be cutting ... My question is shall I save the sarms for after blast when I'm continuing cutting on trt ? the end of my blast . That way I'll keep more gains with the s4 and gw also????
