While I don't think I'd just do these all the time, I think it's a good mix up for a routine...
I decided to do some 20 rep speed squats today with 135 on the bar... 3 sets with about 1min 15 seconds in between... it almost ruined my whole leg day and just about everything I did after that was insanely hard....
Nice mix up and change... I think I might mix it up every week or so... keep my legs guessing.
