20 Rep Squats

While I don't think I'd just do these all the time, I think it's a good mix up for a routine...

I decided to do some 20 rep speed squats today with 135 on the bar... 3 sets with about 1min 15 seconds in between... it almost ruined my whole leg day and just about everything I did after that was insanely hard....

Nice mix up and change... I think I might mix it up every week or so... keep my legs guessing.

How did your shoulder hold up with the high reps? Cause you any trouble?

Ive been doing 20 rep squates every 2 weeks after i train hams to failure and its definitely been working. About 6 weeks ago I was doing 250 for 20 and I just got 275 for 20 last week.
