2 speeding tickets...am i fucked?

so i got a speeding ticket few weeks back. Applied for court supervision and just sent in the forms. As my luck would have it, I got another one today (different county, same state). Is there any way to avoid having both reported? Anyone have some tips?

Where I live there is a place you can take your tickets too they charge a bit extra and you pay the ticket and them and they get the damarets off for you.
You could fight them at court? Other then that. There isnt anyways of avoiding them.

also very expensive. plus i live in a county with a high crime rate so tickest aren't a big deal. shit i even know of people who are getting less than 2yrs of probation with multi felonies. (not murder)
