I am injecting 500mg of Omnadren a week for my cycle and was wondering whether it was better to inject 1cc twice a week or 2cc's at once. Does anyone know which is more effective?

Oil based has nothing to do with it although I do agree with you that once a week is fine with omnadren. It depends on the ester attached to it and the longer acting esterfied roids are set in oil. For example, prop is oil based but once a week is no good with this.

I would imagine that twicw a week with anything would be better than once a wk as it helps keep the blood levels stable.
well from what i understand omnadren is the same as sust and they have 50mg prop per cc. so why inject 100mg in one night when you can benifit more by injecting twice a week and using the AS to its full potential...per say. Prop is fast acting and it'll leave your system in like 4 days, so if you inject twice a week it'll keep your blood levels more stable.

Where in the hell are some of you getting your facts.
"Once a week is fine with oil" That is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard in my life.
Tren is oil - should we do that once per week. How about testosterone suspension suspended in oil. Should we shoot that once per week.
You must look at the half life of the drug.
By far the best way to inject sustanon would be at least EOD, due to the prop ester - this will be the only way to get the "full" benefit of the drug. If you do not want to shoot eod then go with a longer acting ester such as cyp or enth.

I personally respond better to twice a week. 400mg/wk Enanthate. With 1 big injection a week i noticed i would break out the next day for a couple days, and i have to take showers non-stop. When i went to twice a week durings Wk 3/4 i didnt break out on my face the next day or two after injections. I just did a single injection this week of 500mg and my face is puffy again, and broke out again. Gonna go back to twice a week.

sust 250mg m/w/f injections here for me. but i am inexperienced and my opinion doesn't count. although several other people agree with this strategy on here, so that might validate my inexperienced opinion. not sure on that though.

For myself, two times a week kept down acne break outs and puffyness in the face. If two injections can reduce the visible signs of a cycle on me, and is just as effective as One injection a week then i choose two....

Although your max concentration will not be as high...you min concentration will not be as low either. It's probably a good idea to map out your strategy to see what your blood levels will be under different scenerios and plan your doses accordingly. 500mg/week is NOT the same as 250mg 2x week. I personally think that consistency of steroid levels is an important factor. But what do I know...I've only been posting here for 2 months

Definitely go with 2 injections per week.
The ideal with Sustanon/Omnadren is to inject every 2-3 days to keep the blood levels stable.
