Guys
I notice I have reached something of a plateau in terms of my 'gut fat' and abs excersisie and HIIT aside I think it may be because I have been taking in 2 cans of tuna and one whole lettuce every night for the past 9 months. I have decided to cut this down to just one can...does anyone have any reaosns why this shouldn't help ? Or got any advice on how to make progress??
