L Liftbig New member Mar 20, 2003 #2 start with 135 and the greens and then work up based on your speed. for the rev band bench that is fine, just make sure you rig it up the same way everytime your do it.

I I'D RATHER BE DEADLIFTING New member Mar 20, 2003 #3 What is your max squat? My best so far is 410. I think I am good for ~425 or so. I used 190+purple/pink last week and I will have 205+purple/pink this week. I'd say if your max is under 500 or so stick to the pink/purple bands if possible.
