1 - Age:34
2 - Lifting History:Kettlebell(2yrs)/very little weight training...mostly martial art partner/resistance training
3 - Height:5-10
4 - Weight:172
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...):14% tested this year(caliper)
6 - Diet:warrior diet in the past...moving to a high protein diet.
7 - Goals:Build sustained strength and add visible size.
I am new to this forum and lifestyle, I have recently started a new career...not popular to mention here probably...that demands a certain expectation of a physical presence for my own safety and that of others. I am a martial artist of 12 years. I don't want to gain 30 lbs in 8 weeks, but want to 'put it on' steadily over a period of 6-12 months - so as not to be labeled 'on the juice'. I am worried about my 1st cycle vs. my age/lack of weight training experience. I now have heavy lifting partners and the time/access to a great lifting facility. Dedication is not an issue. I am desperately looking for 1st hand advice, more than the dry research I've done already.

Cycle 1: 16 week
Weeks 1-10: Deca-Durabolin 200mg/wk with Vitamin B6 100mg/day
Weeks 11-13 Nothing but the B6
Weeks 14-16: Clomid
