1st Time Cutting Cycle, have no clue

I am planning to do my first cutting cycle. I'm not packed with a lot of muscle, but i want that lean look for Spring Break! I've been doing some searches, but really haven't found a lot of stuff. The main cycles i've seen is a Winstrol, Primobolan, and Clen stack. Some on mentioned "Equiopoise" (or something like that) to me. What is a good stack for a first time user. I'm 5'6, 175lbs, about 15%bf. How long should i go on it, dosage, etc..... Thanx for any advice!

I would suspect your first concern should be a proper diet before you look for AS to cover up the tracks of "cutting". AS will not shed bodyfat, dieting/cardio/training will; thus, you can always run AS later in your life, but the diet is going to be the key. I would guess that you being a first time user, no AS is needed. A proper diet, training and cardio should do the job well enough to where you will be lean in a proper time frame.

You can look into a balanced diet or a CKD, or any other ton of diets out there. Take a look at my Dieting Manuals, they are STICKIES on the DIET DISCUSSION board here, read them over and you might pick up a diet you are interested in pursuing.

Remember it's all in the diet.........

Hey Hulk - I'm not too sure, but it sounds like you are fairly new to the scene. I'm not sure if you are all over this already, but maybe you should try diet/cardio first. If you clean up your diet and do cardio for 40 minutes 4 times per week, this should be the base of any "cutting". The clean diet thing is always the hardest thing for me. Try to keep protine high and saturated fat/simple carbs LOW to none. Drink only WATER no beer or soda crap. Eat 5 or 6 small meals based on high protine/low carbs/low fat and you should be on your way. After about 8 weeks of this, check your results. IF you want more, consider going for the NYC stack (do a search on it - LOTS of info on this site about it). Its a good fat burner, but NO amount of drugs will make up for a poor diet/poor excersize routine - don't look to make up for a poor diet/poor training with a "magic pill". Sorry if you are doing this stuff already - your post didn't mention it. Hope that helps a bit.
 
Bro I feel for you. But you need to heed to the advice of others. Drugs is not a miricle but diet is. I have researched for atleast a year now and will continue diet and excersise untill I am fully confident I have gone the furthest I can naturally. Winny if done wrong and to long could damage the liver, eq if you do not have a solid recovery plan you will loose all your gains and possibly get gyno, and primo, well it is to expensive to risk it not being fake. Read, Read, Read. That is what this board is here for. Your brother in the iron game. Saint7

Thanx for the info guys! I will up my cardio to 4x maybe 5x a week. My diet is already clean.........does it help changing the rep and set range to higher ones? Thanx!
