1st steroid cycle

Hello and welcome

There is a lot of info available on this board, but before people will help you, usually we ask a few questions.

Would you mind letting us know

-how old you are?

-how long you have been training? Typical training split, do you make gains with volume or more HIT type of training?

-basic stats like height, weight, bodyfat %

-what your goals are?

-I like to hear what your daily calorie intake is, how much protein, carbs, fat
 
I'm on the national team for tennis. I have been going to the gym about 3 years and I'm now 175. I'm 6'1. Most of my weight is from my legs as I was also a junior national runner. My chest is very small and I want to build size as it is 32 inches. I consume about 5000 calories everyday as I am very active. Since I need carbs for energy I consume a diet of about 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 20% fat. I do a lot of running to keep up with weight gain as I used to be 150, 6 months ago.

I use protein supplements as well as weight gainers like ensure plus.

I'm 16.5 but what i'm wondering is if i just did cycles on low dosages if it would cause side effects like shoulder stop growing.

I want to increase my chest size and be able to keep my gains as I seem to stop making progress in the gym in terms of size.
 
16.5! no one here is gonna give u steroid advice and if they do i am gonna bomb the shit out of them.

come back to the aas board in 7 years. i would concentrate on the diet, supplement, & weight lifting forums only.

16 1/2 and your looking to do steroids???? What is this world coming to? You have so much natural testosterone right now its sick! Try using that until it starts to drop when you turn about 25. I wouldn't suggest anyone take steroids before the age of 23 and I would tell them to wait to 25 if they did decide to but at least 23 you start to hit your plateau of free testosterone. If you gained 25lbs in six months that right there should tell you that you don't need steroids. Keep training hard and up your calories to 6000-7000 a day and you should gain another 15-20lbs in six months.
 
what is it in people's nature that makes them think they are different from everyone else?people read about steroids, that they should not be used by anyone under 25 ish, but still ask 'can i take/how should i take/how should i stack steroids'
hell i would LOVE to take steroids but im only 20, it's going to be a long five years but i'd rather wait five years than screw my body up.
 
holy fucking shit on the walls...16.5 and wanting to do steroids...go read a book or something...or atleast do some searches on here and get your head in the game cuz right now it's still in the locker room...don't ever think of touching steroids until you have PEAKED naturally which is in your early to mid 20s...also, did you not notice you gained 25lbs. in 6 months...your body is not anywhere close to being done growing naturally...go read the other forums on weight training and diet and you'll learn some different techniques on how to shock the system and allow it to grow and peak past your so called plateaus...and like guardian said, come back in 7 years and ask those questions again because if you do juice now, you will probably regret it for the rest of your life!!!
 
you want your chest bigger?

eat everything in site. benchpress heavy and often. do weighted dips often. sleep.

you dont need steroids.
