1st go with the Beast starts tomorrow

Up another lb as of this morning so I've put on about 7 since I started. Pumps are crazy.. I was carrying in groceries this morning and got crazy pumps in my back and arms. I'm taking more taurine so I hope that helps todays workout. Averaging about 4000 cals. Headaches really haven't been that bad, neither has lethargy but I stay pretty busy. Worst thing so far as been interrupted sleep patterns and weird dreams which isn't bad. I'll be sure not to over do it when I get those crazy pumps.
 
Goodness gracious... I just got finished hittin back and triceps and I experienced the lower back pumps from the Beast today in Full Force... It was almost painful, I could hardly bend over or walk right. I managed to get a good workout in but couldn't do abs bc of my lower back. I'm going to go back later on and take some more N2guard and Taurine about 30min before I go and hit abs... Strength is definitely up thought, feeling good.. hard and full. Happy with what I see in the mirror so far.
 
Took yesterday off. Today I hit Legs and Shoulders and it was one of the best workouts i've had since I started. Hit PR on Squats at 415x5... and strength was through the roof as well as endurance... Took Beast and Taurine about 30min before I went and washed it down with Whey and Creatine shake... Then the Beast was unleashed. Felt great... Weight is hovering about the same up about 7lbs exactly since I started. Today is Day 12...I took pics about 3 days ago that I will upload... Still would like to know the best way to upload pics... Sunday will be my 5th Test injection. Won't be long before it starts kicking, i hope.
 
Week 3. Still taking 3 a day spaced out.. I figured that taking 1 cap with taurine about 30 min before workout does the trick on energy and strength. My strength is up... and overall I'm up about 8 lbs since I started. I"m anxious for this Test to kick in, bc it was expired and I'm just hoping I get full benefits from it. Still trying to eat my butt off and work out 4 days a week. I will be starting Hcgenerate end of next week.

Killed Legs and abs today.. Legs are def. a lot stronger since I started.. I can squat 415 8-10 times. About a month ago I couldn't get it once.. My bench is up significantly also. I haven't maxed but I can workout with 225 8-10 times, which used to be 185. Curling 40 db's used to be 35's... So all is well. Really trying to lose some fat around the stomach and get my abs more visible and obiligues. I'm prone to a little bloat on Test so when It starts kicking we'll see.
 
Hi guys can you help me im looking to run my first cycle and i was woundering what you think my goals are Strength and To put on 20 plus LBS with not a tremedous amount of fat gain this is the cycle i want to run.


Dbol Weeks 1-5 20mg daily split
Deca Weeks 1-14 250mgs Weekly
Test E Weeks 1-16 500mgs Weekly
Arimidex Weeks 1-20


I know ppl are gonna say this is to much for my first cycle but ive ran some serious PH's like Superdrol,Helladrol,Stakabol,Emonster i think im ready and well prepard.



If you can think of a better cycle that will help me optain my goals i would like to hear it and any other advice you have would be great Thank you .....
