1st cycle with pics

Background: been training for 4 years. Naturally a skinny guy but got up to 13 stone and it was my perfect weight. I've got ulcerative colitis controlled with meds for a long time but got really sick August 2013 and lost 3 1/2 stone over the course or the year. Put on just over a stone naturally. Decided f*** this and got myself some test400. I'm 25. Diet is pretty clean. Training is on point. Injecting 1ml twice a week for 10 weeks. PCT is gonna be nolva 20/20/20/20. So far I'm just finished week 5. Went from 69kg in week 1 to 78kg today. Which I feel is too much too quickly. The photo attached is end of week 4. Strength is insane. Back to pushing the weight I used to when I was well. AI 0.5 adex eod. No sides at all so far. Thoughts and opinions. Constructive if possible please. View attachment 130233

What kind of sick? You just started injecting test?

Diet needs to be 100% dialed in before any cycle bossman.
 
Ulcerative colitis. It's the sister disease of chrons. Basically the treatment to get me well again put me right back to square one.

By pretty clean. I mean I will be doing well to ever get or look fat regardless of what I eat. I'm getting my protein in eating hardly any fat. The docs say a good diet is detrimental for someone with my condition... But when I'm eating properly and taking protein my body says the opposite (toilet once a day with solid bowel movements rather that watery). Sorry for the too much info but that's what I mean by 'sick'. Ulcerative colitis is basically a severe dose of the runs that leaves you lethargic, in pain and makes you lose serious weight until you get treatment.

My question is: am I putting on weight too quickly. 5 weeks and up 20lb already
 
That PCT is horrible. You are going to need much more than that to recover

I agree with Steve.. I would wait. Also your PCT is still wrong, so even though you werent looking for Rick opinion in this area of your cycle you need to listen. PCT is the most important part of your cycle

100mg Clomid is too much. Do more research and work on that base. If anything you could run some Sarms and get some great results there.

Your quick weight gain is wate first of all. I wouldn't have suggested such a high test dose though and you need to get an AI if you don't have one as fast as possible and definitely beef up your PCT because this 4 weeks of nolva PCT that everyone keeps doing is total bullshit. There are several other things youll need in PCT which i'm sure Dylan already hooked you up with. For your first cycle i'd say lower your dose to 1/2ml twice a week or at most .75ml twice a week. You dont need anywhere near 800mg for your first cycle. Make sure you grab some HCGenerate ES at the very least for your PCT because i fear that nolva isnt gonna do shit for you bro

You need to develop a base before considering steriods..No offense but you have no base at all.To soon
 
View attachment 130243 here's the list of food I've to avoid. It's not prescriptive but the majority cause me problems anyway. Especially food high in fiber and red meat. So a body builders diet messes me up quite a bit. Drinking protein isn't advised but when I do I feel a lot a better for it. Chicken and rice is basically the best I can eat. Ppl with condition are advised to eat high calorie foods like chips etc. I had a good base a very good base while I was in remission but got sick August 2013 and was sick constantly until August 2014. I was a stone lighter than that before picture then. I'm going to finish the course and get my PCT right and see how I end up. My bodies pretty fucked anyway and my aim is to be 13stone again. If I can keep myself at 12stone after this cycle I'll be delighted with that and probably won't do another cycle for a long time.
 
I see people saying I will regret not building a stronger base... But why? I'm not trying to be a body builder. I'm just trying to put the weight I lost while sick back on so when I look in the mirror I recognise myself once again. I train just because I like training. I'll never want to compete or anything like that. I'd happily live out all my days at 12-13 stone. Many ppl who I hear saying they regret it are ppl who want to be much bigger than that??

Not really understanding this list. Aside from the meat what bodybuilder eats any of the crap on that list?

Chicken, salmon, tilapia are staples in my diet, have you tried these kind of foods?

You also have to understand that certain guys will never be 250 pounds....but that doesn't mean you can't have an impressive physique @ a lower weight
 
You eat whole meal breads, eggs, lots of fruit and veg no? That's the sorta stuff I have to avoid bro
