1st Cycle - Test/EQ

25 years old. Training for 10+ years. 5'8" ~170 with 14.1% BF with a DEXA, so it's like 10% skin fat.

I am looking to make solid, drier gains with this cycle. I want to run both Test Cyp 500 and EQ 400 for 15 weeks. I would inject M/TH to keep my levels even throughout. I would run HCG from week 6 until the end of my cycle.

My diet is strict in the sense that I eat clean foods, but I eat every 2-3 hours when awake at about 500 cal. My metabolic rate is around 1800 calories a day, so I definitely eat more than needed. I take BCAA's, Essential Amino Acids, L-Glutamine, Creatine, Casein and Whey Protein and hit the 250 grams a day.

I am on a 4-day split at the moment, but would probably go to 6 days while on this cycle, but make the other days dynamic exercises.

What do you guys think and what else would be recommended. I am getting another DEXA before I start this cycle in about 3 weeks and then will keep you all updated.
 
Help with the vascular look that I'm going for. I don't think I'm going to be doing this regularly and want to push my body's look to the next level.
 
This being your first cycle, I would look into 400mg test instead of 500, and 600mg EQ instead of 400. The combined anabolic effect would be about the same, and you would cut down on sides. You'll probably find it easier to eat larger amounts of your clean food with more EQ in you as well, not to mention a better endurance boost which is always nice. Also, do you have an AI on hand? If you are looking for lean gains like you said, you'll definitely need one with the dosages you propose and possibly even with what I suggested. Lastly, I would look into frontloading the EQ and maybe using an oral like tbol with little sides since it'll take a month or so for things to kick in
 
You want to get vascular? Run winny, or tbol, or perhaps a steroid that actually does something besides give you terrible side effects like EQ. EQ fucking sucks. I can't stress this enough. Does it sound appealing when you read about it? YOU BET! That's why I tried it too. Enjoy all the problems you are about to have. There will be many.
 
Winny and T-Bol have terrible side effects as well. I am not trying to use a ton of different things for my 1st cycle. I just want a basic stack with minimum side effects. I don't want dry joints and T-Bol seems to advanced for a 1st cycle.
 
what terrible effects do tbol have that I wasn't aware of?

Based on the research I've done on Boldenone, you would either need to increase that dosage substantially or decrease the testosterone. Boldenone has a weaker affinity for androgen receptors than testosterone, so when competing for the receptor it would tend to be displaced more often than not.

One thing I might add is the planned testosterone dose is massive in comparison to what your body naturally makes. I'm sure you would make good gains on far less.
 
From what I read if Tren is abused it can lead to liver and heart damage. Don't want to mess with a beast I don't understand yet.
