I beleive I ended up with about 8-10pds when finished. I can tell you that over all I kept about 80% of the whole thing which I was more than happy with as I had no sides and things went back to normal without issues and minor PCT. I was runnint adex 3x per week. What I beleive was the most important thing was nutrition. That was in check at all times. Water gains were minor, I kept good cardio 2 miles 4x per week in 28 minutes.
