1st Cycle - sustanon 250/Deca 200

Hi there,
Thought I would post a weekly log on my first cycle that I recently started as I know people (including myself) - love to see others progress etc.
I'm also going to get some pictures up soon so people can comment... :friends:

I am currently in week 3 (Had third shot) of a 10 week course of 1ml of sustanon 250 mixed with 1 ml of deca durabolin per week, I will however drop the deca @ week 8.

I train 5 times a week for approx 1 hr each time as follows:

Mon - chest - 5 exercises - 4 sets - 3-7 reps -
Tue - Biceps/Triceps - 3 exercises each - 4 sets - 3 - 7 reps -
Wed - Shoulders - 4 exercises - 4 sets - 3 - 7 reps -
Thu - Legs - 4 exercises - 4 sets - 5 - 12 reps -
Fri - Back - 4 exercises - 4 sets - 3 - 7 - reps

my current stats are as follows:

(NOTE - The first result was before I started a cut
- The second is cut and on the day I started the cycle )

Yeah man,

Its only the third week and I feel hella strong - for sure, it just came from no where. I went into the gym the other day to do arms and I was like, shit this 20kg dumbbell is what I normally lift and it feels light? So I went up 2kgs and same again, too light! I was like shit. So I added another 2kgs and still managed to bang out 8 in good form. Yet again, another 2 kgs to get a set of 5 reps. See what I mean by feelin hella strong? I added 6kgs in 1 session to that exercise.
 
almost forgot, this is exactly what I eat every day

Breakfast - 0830 -
3 whole eggs
4 egg whites
Banana
Big bowl of Oats
Semi skimmed Milk
1/2 Litre water

1130am
8 oz Tuna
Spoon full olive oil
5 oz whole grain bread
1/2 litre water

1430pm
8 oz Chicken breast
bowl of brown rice
brocholi
glass of semi skimmed milk
1/2 litre water

1730pm
8oz turkey breast
5oz whole grain bread
1/2 litre water

Gym 1hr - 1 litre water

1900pm PWO shake

2000pm
8oz turkey breast
5 oz whole grain bread
1/2 litre water

2300pm
8oz tuna
bowl of oats

sleep - 8 hrs
repeat
 
Im with you man, I experienced the same just on sust250 @ 1mg per week. I see youre not having a pre-workout shake, you find it it works ok for you that way?

Yeah I am good to go without man, get some good carbs in me with my meal a bit before I workout and im jammin. I used to take a shake pre workout but it costs too much to be doing that shit every day, plus I like to eat for the thermogenic effect.:chomp:
