hcg 500 iu per wk split between 2 pins

clomid 100mg/day for one wk
nolva 40/40/20/20

Diet
3500-4000 cals (adjusted as cycle progressed
macros were 40:30:30

gained 25 lbs total on cycle and dropped about 7-8 lbs of water since. Blood work to follow since Im still on PCT

I did my research through trusted training partners, the book Anabolics by William Llewellyn, and a ton of forums and other sites. I ran my cycle as closely as i could to the information I was given, but I'm noticing while im reading on here that i might have some adjustments to make for next time. I want honest and critical feedback. If i fucked up I wanna know how and how I can fix it.
 
Your biggest issue is you ran nolva. Your clomid dose was too high and too short. Unfortunately your not out of the water yet bro. The crash is coming soon. There is still test in your system so that's why you haven't fallen completely. In a couple weeks it will be about all the way out, and that's when your gonna have the issues. My advice is to run a more effective pct. I'd do this

Everywhere I read said Nolva was a superior choice to clomid and said to run it at that dose. I don't understand what has suddenly changed to make this a terrible choice all of a sudden. Could you shed some light on why that is? Also, I'm confused on the clomid dosing. This is the first place I've seen protocol to run clomid at doses of 25 and below. Your last post made it seem like I'm fucked or something when I haven't really done much differently than people have in the past. Some explanation would be nice.
