I've been training seriously for 5 years. Changed many training routines and my diet is very good. I've never used any type of AAS, only supplements.
My stats : height 6ft 4, weight 210, bf is 13, age 23. Im eating 300g of protein, 200 carbohydrats and 50g of good fat daily in 6 meals.
My goals: -to get small amount of lean muscle around 3-4kg(8-9lb).
- to get dryness, hardness on muscle and vascularity.
- to get more strenght.
My main goal is to keep gained as most as i can.
I was told many stories and versions what to take and how. Anavar alone, winstrol and proviron together, or tbol and winny. So guys what is best choice for me?
