Hey guys, in need of some quick advice and to know if what im about to start is accurate, safe and above all the right way.
Ive been lifting religiously for 2 years now and have seen a good amount of resluts ,lost alot of weight that i built up from highschool football, however like everyone I wanted to be bigger and stronger.I purchased some Norandren200 ( brovel) and Test 400 (Denkall). 1st I did 10 weeks of deca 1cc a week by itself ,I was informed that this would get my body used to the deca. Then I started 4weeks ago 1.8cc deca and 1.25 of Test (400), ive noticed that my strengh has slightly increased, not much but a little bit and shirts fits kinda tighter around my chest and arms. I also eat semi healthy, and intake about 250G protein per day and eat 5 times a day. Is this right? SHould I take some anti estrogen pills after a cycle?? I guess I should have educated myself more before I started.. Any help or advice would be great. Any suggestions?
