Alright boys, I have been researching now for almost a year and I think I am finally ready to join the dark side. Stats are 5'8 178 at 8-9% bodyfat. I do a four day split and do cardio on the off days. Diet is definetly in check with 250+ grams of protein and good fats and almost entirely low GI carbs besides post workout. I want to start out small and see how my body reacts this first time so I am planning on doing the following:

Test Enth (testen 250) at 250mg a week for eight weeks
Ldex .25 or .5mg a day throughout and up to 12 weeks
the usual clomid dosing 300, 150, 100 starting week 10 until 12-13

What do you guys think?
Also, I am having thoughts of changing the enth to sust and injecting 250mg every five days, which would you recommend?
 
I think you ought to try the 250 every 5 days, that is only 500mg max in a week. Just my .02, lata

250mg/wk is a pretty low dose and you won't need to waste your money on the armidex.

For a first timer there's nothing wrong with trying 250mg/wk but if it was me I would bump it up to 500mg/wk. If you go 500mg then you can use the armidex.

Or even like you suggested, every 5 days would be fine. Whatever you choose good luck with it.
 
I went with 250mg my first cycle, and even stacked with 200mg deca it wasnt enough, and I regret not going with just 500mg test a week.
 
Ok I am convinced, I am going to bump up the dose and follow the organon sust once every five days....with that dose, you think .25mg of ldex is enough or should i use .5mg?
 
Ya man, I would DEFINITELY go with 500mg on the test no matter what kind you use. 250mg is a waste of time and money. Don't get me wrong.........you still would probably put on a few pounds but you would probably double it with 500. Good Luck!;)
 
thanks focker for the correction, and spectre I always eat clean, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, sweat potatos etc....I eat high protein but still eat a good amount of carbs. I was just saying that the diet aspect of training is in check. But no, not necessarily cutting just don't want to put on too much fat while adding the mass.
 
That is more Clomid than anyone can possibly need.

If you really want to test the waters, why not do a three week cycle?
