1st cycle and in progress. Need some advice from the pros please

1st cycle consisted of and still in cycle 1 currently.....

Wk 1 to wk 2 total 14 days started with CLEN and started cardio and light weight lifting and very strict diet.

Wk 3-4-5 Monday will be wk 6 of TEST CYST 600mg per week injection.

High protein diet I eat about 5 times a day but lean and no fat either steak or chcicken. With carbs. Gym 6 days a week with one day rest.

MY QUESTION IS ..... I WANT TO GET A LITTLE BIT BIGGER AT THE SAME TIME GET CUT UP...

I'VE BEEEN RESEARCHING GOING BK AND FORTH I WANT TO COMBINE WINSTEROL 50MG ORAL TABS ONE A DAY TO MY CURRENT CYCLE. WHEN SHOULD I START THE WINSTEROL IN MY CYCLE ?A WEEK BEFORE MY TEST FINISHES should I start winy and then I am aware I will be using arimadex 2 weeks after my last shot of TEST.

AM I ON THE RIGHT PATH?????? PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

My goal is to shread some fat off and gain some strenght and size in muscle, yet I would like to be cut.

I am also drinking myofusion protein shakes. One after workout and one at around 8 pm I between. I eat protein wheather its chicken or steak.

I am the age of 28.

Diet consists of 3-4 egg whites breakfest
Gym consists of cardio and abs every other day and this includes 1 rest day on thursdays and the remainder of the days with the cardio and abs I do free weights.

After gym I have. A myofusion protein shake with gluc mix .

Then I go straight to work where around 3-4pm I have a chicken breast vice versa the following day I switch to lean steak. At 8 pm I have another protein shake .

I get home from work at 10pm ,where then ill have vegetables.

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry

This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

I appreciate your honest opinion and recomendation . Seems like u know what ur talkin about. I willl be switching to ur diet plan starting tom morning. Where you from Radar?
