Ok here we go. I am all set to begin my 1ad/4ad stack. Thanks to everyone for their help in their suggestions.
Here is what I am going to do (6wks)
Ergopharm 1ad
1wk @ 300mg
4wk @ 400mg
1 day @ 500mg
1wk @ 600mg
With Avant Labs 4aderm
5 squirts in the morning and 5 squirts at night ~300mg/day
Currently I weigh 180lb @ 6'4" and my goal weight is 200lb. I am going to be eating about 3000 calories a day.
I will also be taking Creatine, ALA, Milk Thistle, Cranberry extract, and drinking lots of water.
I am still debating my split
Would 5x5's be good on something like
Day1 Chest/Tris/Abs (if desired)
Day2 Back/Bis/Traps
Day3 Legs/Shoulders
Day4 Off
Repeat
Or should I do higher volume reps?
I will be sure to post progress pics like 69muscle did.
