texashoss said:I have read up on Fina for the past few weeks everynight, I have read the good and the bad, but I posted this because I found nothing concerning people younger then 20 using it. I respect everyones opinion on here, and I am going to stay away from Fina for now. I would however like to find something that helps build muscle mass (i.e.roid) that is okay for someone that is younger, but it looks like I will just have to diet good and train hard until I find someone with anavel that lives around here.
I posted a question about diet in the muscle food fourm if some of you guys could help me there, and I need to find a good run down on a serious work out schedule, bump me into high gear shit.
Thanks to everyone
You're welcome. You seem like a bright kid, by the way. One thing I remember about when I was 18, a gym owner asked me what my routine was like. After I told him, he exclaimed "All that in one day!!!" I was severely over-training. He told me chest alone on one day-legs alone on next day- shoulders alone next day- back alone next day- arms alone next day- 2 days rest. So a 5 on 2 off schedule. Go heavy and work up from warm-ups to 6 reps then 4 reps then 3 reps and maybe a final set of 6-8 reps. Probably 2 exercises per body part is enough. For example, bench and incline for chest; squat/leg-press and extensions for legs; pull-ups/pull-downs and bent rows for back; front- or behind-neck press and dumbbell raises for shoulders; and barbell and dumbbell curls for biceps; and tricep extensions and tri pushdowns for triceps. (You may only need one exercise for bis and tris because there aren't that many angles to hit.) No more than an hour per workout. Just concentrate on getting stronger and the muscle will accumulate. In other words, don't concentrate so much on the mirror. Lifting heavy weights is what works, NOT lots of fancy exercises with lots of reps.
