Hello, im 17 years old, male and currently 106KG - Ive lost 40kg So far, and im in the best shape ive been in for a long time, my diet is very strict, cutting out fat and carbs, im 5'11 - My Body is quite badly Scared from stretch marks, and ive been overweight my whole life, Lately ive been considering taking Human Growth Hormone, For the noticable effects it has on, wieght loss, toning the body, muscle gain, Wellbeing, Reducing Scar Severity , and for General Confidence in myself, I've been trying to weigh up the side effects and the Benefits, before i rush into this, Seeing some of the results of the hormone in the way of pictures, really seems to make it worth it, with the immense muscle gain one can have, in such a short period of time, i feel this would be the perfect thing for me, to gain confidence in myself, and a new body so to speak, Any input would be immensley appreciated by anyone, in regards to making this decision, and if its somthing i should really be considering doing, or if there is somthing else i should think about doing first, And how dangerous is it for me to be taking HGH at this age? - ive done alot of reading about HGH, but i need some advice from real people - Thank you in Advance

Firstly congratulations on the weight loss so far, you have obviously addressed a problem that you have had and are doing something about it. At this stage of your life, don't be in such a rush for fast results. You are doing a great job otherwise you wouldn't have lost 40kg's. Keep doing what you are doing as it is obviously working. Do more research on building muscle natuarally to work in with the current work that you are doing. Your testosterone and HGH levels are already very, very high, so with proper training and your continued diet along with some possible natural body building aids you will continue to see results. Keep it up, but I wouldn't rush into HGH at this stage of your life.

Thank you very much first off for your feedback, just a few quick questions, what sort of age would One, consider HGH - and is at a fairly low risk of the side effects of taking it at a early age, secondly what would you suggest in the way of " natural body building aids", thank you again for your kind words, much appreciated - im going to stick at it, got another 20kg to go, and im feeling great, doing 3 and a half hours of cardio a day jogging/bike riding, but yeah starting to think about when i shed the fat, what would be good to get on, for starting to bulk up and get big, Thanks mate, cheers

Not a great deal really, i pick up the dumbell's when im in the gym about 4 times a week, and do 12.5kg bicep curls, about 3 sets of 10 apart from that i've just been trying to lose fat by doing purely cardio, but now that im getting leaner and leaner, im thinking about starting to lift,- adding more protien into my diet, i still primarly have to do cardio to lose the rest of the weight, but gaining muscle, is the next step for me, and somthing i want to start thinking about

I would definately recommed doing some more research on weight lifting and the benefits it can have on helping you continue to lose weight. It sounds to me like it is definitely time for you to make the weight lifting part of your workout of equal importance as your cardio. Doing things like circuit training are a really good way to start to do more weight lifting, but still keeping your heart rate at a good level during your workout to continue to burn fat. But remember to pay attention to your diet pre and post workout so that you are having enough protein. You don't want to burn away your muscle during your cardio workouts...

The more muscle you have the more you are going to burn when you are not working out, so I would definitely start getting it into your workout along with your cardio.
