16 year olds squat PR!

Finally hit the big 315 (3 plates each side) :D

It's a breeze for you big mofos, but I can't think of anyone else my age packing on that amount on squats (let alone even doing them!)

405... here I come.

I did 350 at 17 :D Thats good though. Keep It up. I just started to doing squats again and I have seen what I have been missing. I hope I will get back to that level sooner or later.

Good job. There is a young kid in my gym that reps out 315 about 3 times but he's a fat ass. Also, make sure that you're going past parallel when you squat. I've seen a lot of guys going around saying they squat 365, 405, etc. Then I see them out on the floor and they're only going down about half to 3 quarters of the way to parallel. It just makes them look stupid, especially when they try to tell that to somebody that is knowledgable(like me). I'm not saying that applies to you, just make sure that your not that guy.
