16..NOT going to do roids...what supps?

hey icer.. here's something to try. get some macca from walmarts. take 2 pills twice a day. then try some creatine(if this don't work out then get some swole by syntrax instead)also try some glutamine(i've never used it but I hear good things about it). THen have fun.

For everyone else...I don't know about a lot of you but you all are the one's that need an attitude adjustment. this kid is trying to get answers not a lecture. Peace
 
There's some good posts going on here, too bad this brickhead already has the image in his mind that he's gonna sit his scrawny ass on a needle and wake up Arnold. I was gonna right a positive supportive post about waiting a while on worrying about all the sups, seeing as the majority of the big kids i know dont know what 75% of the shit talked about on here is anyways, let alone use them, but it woulda fallen on some selective hearing motherfuckin ears.

I assume where talking BULKING here and not cutting...

5-10 grams of Creatine (which ever works best) after W.O.
Whey, before/after W.O. and before bed (add Flax oil at bed)
FlaxOil ( 1/2 tsp a day)
Vitamin E
Multi Vitamin
NAC 500 after W.O.
5grams Glutamine twice a day
(some people like ZMA)
No proH yet, to young
MRP (1-3 times a day)

Depending on budget I would rate (glut, Whey, NAC, Creatine) as tops.
 
Damn, some peeps are gettin pissed off on here. Icer2k. I agree with pretty much everyone on here when they say stay away from the PH's. Creatine isnt such a bad idea if you drink a shit load of water. I first used creatine in 9th grade. So i used it around 15 yrs old. Back then i didnt know jack shit. Didnt even take a protein shake post workout. However, i got stronger and faster. At our age (im about 19) our test levels are through the roof, thats why whenevr we see a girl we automatically thinkin about sex (you dads keep that in mind;) ). I know i kinda drew this out, but your body is gonna develop real fast at your age. Probably faster than some guys on roids. My suggestion is eat good and get your sleep.

However, supplement wise i would get a good protein or gainer. Gainer wise i would get Cytogainer. its really good stuff. also, get a blended protein such as problend 55 by HDT. Flax oil or fish oil too and of course a good multi-vitamin. if you have trouble sleeping then take some zinc and some magnesium. or try Par Deus's trabquil-g. oh yeah, and glutamine would be cool too.

Lets break it down:

*Good protein supp. or gainer
*Flax or fish oil- atleast 2tbs.
*10-20 g of glutamine a day
*Good multi-vitamin

0ther optional stuff:
*creatine- 10g
*homemade ZMA or try tranguil-g

That it is a PRIVILAGE that knowledgeable people take up their time to help kids out, not a RIGHT. so a little respect goes a long way
