icer2k, I've been reading your posts over at the anabolic board and I'm really shocked. You definitely have to realize that drugs aren't something you should be messing around with at 16 years old, and on top of that, they aren't a sure ticket to the physique of your dreams.
I know you say that you won't do roids until 21, but I know thats not the case. I'll give it no more than 2 years before you jump on the dbol bandwaggon because that's what some buddy of yours in the weight room told you get on.
It's just a shame though, because 16 is so young to get caught up in all that. I mean damn, I'm only 21 and I'm already caught up in all this shit, and I know I'm young, but it's the track I've chosen to follow in life, due to my interests, school, etc.
Honestly speaking though, you should really sit down and think about things. Think about whether or not you want to put your body through that stress now, or wait a while. You never know. In 2 years, you may have jumped on a different bandwaggon and will end being apart of another one of the many groups of kids that follows phish around! You just never know. Your interests are going to change so much over the next couple of years.
If you are in fact serious about training, then you'll keep away from boards like this, and the internet all together, and pick yourself up some books and start reading. Read anything you can get your hands on and start educating yourself. Experiment with new routines, new exercises, and different rep ranges. Shock the muscle, and it will grow. Changing up some aspect of your routine is what you need to do, that will help you get over and past your plateau.
And most importantly, eat like a cow! You're young enough that you can get by with eating just about anything. The number one best thing that will make you big is food! Pure and simple. There's no substitute for it. Even the huge guys you see in the various mags get to that point because of their diets. Without the food, there's nothing. No drug out there will build muscle without the proper calories.
Seriously give things a consider though. If you're going to go about this and make bodybuilding a part of your life, or just exercising in general, start things off the right way. Don't do it wrong now, and try to fix things 10 years from now. There's a good chance you won't be able to fix things and you'll be permantley screwed. Good luck
