Since the last time I put up pictures I have been floundering with my workouts and my diet. I think I look a little smaller and a lot softer. It could just be in my head.
Last time I took them, 9-29-05, I was 228lbs. I checked in at 235 yesterday.

Still clean for those who care...

Flexed abs

I am guessing I am someplace between 8% and 9.5% body fat.

My goal is to try and get to 240lbs between 8% and 9%. I would like to get back to 245 in the same area. Only time will tell...

My diet is back on track as of Monday. I started adding more carbs in too to try and put on the extra muscle. I am not sure how my body will respond.

I am going to continue doing cardio 3 times a week for an hour and see how that effects me also.

still lookin lean...good luck with the training. Have u decided weather or not you are going to hit the gas again??

I hope I don't. If I can get to 240 to 245 without it I should be happy. If I can get there I will just work on keeping what I have while slowly dropping the extra body fat!
 
Dude still looking good, cant believe you can be that lean completly clean abs are still insane.

Pics are blurry so it is hard to tell if you are a little softer.
 
I personally think you need to train your trap/shoulders more, and most likley your back, although there weren't any pictures of your back, i also noticed theres no pic of tricepts, it seems your arm is mostly bicept. pics?

we all know your in love with yourself, but I will comment on your pics.

you do look a little more soft..... and maybe a tad less lean.

but you look good, and you know that already... so get back to kissing the mirror.

We see things the same way.
On the advice of an old school bber (who was in pumping iron) I am going to start doing shoulders twice a week.
I have upped my trap work outs too! New exercizes, more reps.
My back is getting thinner. I partially tore my left bicep tendon two years ago.. just did the same to my right one. It makes it almost impossible to do anything heavy on back day.
My triceps will smoke most anyone with size and definition!
I am still working on the legs too. They are slowly coming along. Its a real pain in the ass when you have degenerative disk disease. I was told never to squat etc. I do squat... just real light lots of reps.
Those were camera phone pictures. Real blurry. I still look skinny and soft. I am working on it though.

Looking great hun If you going to try to gain even lean gain why do that much cardio? Instead of an hour long session why not tr 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Just a thought. You look fantastic :qt:

I decided to hold off on cardio until I get over 240.
I think I am getting close. My scale at home said 234.5 last night. It is generally 4lbs under the Dr's scale...

WTF... I went to the gym last night feeling heavy. I thought I might have put a few more pounds. Nope. 232 out of the blue after being 237 the last few days...
 
238 today. Anyone else feel fat and get depressed at 8% or so body fat? Its killing me at times!
