My diet is not what it used to be. I really need to clean it up. I have been cheating like a mad man on Sunday's!
I have been skipping breakfast.
Having a shake at 10am
A steak and cheese for lunch
A shake at 3pm
Another one PWO
Dinner is usually steak or chicken
Then another shake before bed.
Obviously, the diet is what is packing the fat on. I am going to try and clean it up this week.
275 would be nice. I am not sure if I will ever use AAS again though. It all depends on my new Dr.
If I did hit 275 it would have to be with abs!
hmm, you look decent, no lats...however! you need a VERY different diet if you want to gain weight, why not gain it, then cut? its much easier then gaining as your cutting.

Your right. My lats are gone. I am doing what I can to hang on to what I have. Having a partially torn bicep tendon makes it impossible to do wide grip pullups or anything similar. It sucks.
My diet is shaping back up day by day.
I am having oatmeal with grapefruit juice in the morning for breakfast.
I am also eating a huge sweet potato with dinner now too.
No more cheat meals either.
Lunch is 4 pc's of whole grain bread with All natural, unsalted peanut butter.
I think 245 is within reach. 12% body fat may be more likely though.
I found a picture from 10 years ago when I drank all the time and just ate subs and junk food. Its a riot! I will post it when I can scan it.
