I often do wonder how much weight should come into dosing, in particular lean body weight.
With increased muscle, I also wonder how many more androgen receptors are generated. If you get more nuclei with increased muscle, then defo you would have more androgen receptors. I haven't come across anything yet in the scientific literature related to this, yet.

The issue is, if you androgen receptors are saturated or don't function as well as another person, adding more to the equation is not going to have any more steroid action happen, but your body will have to process the excess.
