1000mg of test a week?

With any compound more may be extra muscle and strength, but at what cost? Most I know run 500mg-750mg and have great results. It really depends on the person, but increase in steroids is an increase in negative side effects. And not always worth it.
 
everyone's body is different...some people need over a gram EW to grow because of their size and what they've done in the past...some people grow very well on just 250mg EW...i personally love 500mg EW...no sides and great results...not to mention, for the average joe, 1g EW will lead to some very unwanted sides that IMO aren't worth the extra size you're most likely not going to get jumping from 500mg/750mg EW to 1G or more EW...

My gawd! I ran 1,000mg of week of test e, but I was also running it with some tren at the time and I ballooned. Could of been many factors, but coming from an athlete, not a bodybuilder type, running 500mg a week is doing wonders for me. No reason to go any higher in my opinion. At the 1,000mg a week dosage I had quite a few sides. :(
 
I've ran 1000mg ew side effects weren't any diff then 500... Maybe I'm lucky or maybe sides areblown out of proportion.. I may get a few zits post cycle for a month that's it. Still full head of hair lmao

I didn't lose any hair, but I noticed a lack of patience and increased aggression (I was definitely more aggressive and very grouchy most days). Didn't really get any acne, but my libido definitely took a nose dive. Might have been the Tren. All in all, I think I would of seen great results with just the 500mg a week. I can't honestly justify doing 1,000mg per week again, but everyone is different.

There was a medical study done where guys were given 600mgs a week of test with ZERO major side effects. I dont even think these guys were athletes or bb's just regular joes. So a top notch athlete or bb taking a gram a week is not really getting to crazy. I'm not just saying that because of the study either.

With increased muscle, I also wonder how many more androgen receptors are generated. If you get more nuclei with increased muscle, then defo you would have more androgen receptors. I haven't come across anything yet in the scientific literature related to this, yet.

The issue is, if you androgen receptors are saturated or don't function as well as another person, adding more to the equation is not going to have any more steroid action happen, but your body will have to process the excess.

yup, I've read summaries/extracts of studys in the muscle rags (havent read the actual studies) that indicate contrary to popular opinion androgen receptors UPregulate in the presense of extra AAS.

also, l-carnitine l-tartrate upregulate androgen receptors (dont know if the more widely available l-carnitine or acetyl-l-carnitine forms do the same)

any excercize methods that induce hyperplasia will lead to new muscle cells that will of course have AR's to soak up more joooose

but past some genetically determined point, I would think that you've about maxed your receptor density, and once they are saturated and you're wasting money
