Morning baby!-- How was your evening? I am sick today!! I think Im getting run down from lack of sleep--

Yesterday was cardio day. I have had a sore throat (I could barely talk for the last 2 weeks and when I did I sounded like Barry White) and was feeling a bit weak so I decided to forgoe it and go home and do some reading and get some rest. A couple of hours later a GF of mine popped by on her way home from the gym. I hadn't seen her in a couple of weeks so we had some catching up to do. I fell asleep and she let herself out
