1000 crunches everyday - is this necessary??

i weep for his lower back in a couple of years from now.....
 
over training.... its a muscle, than treat it like a muscle... jackie joyner cursie used to do 1000 sit ups everynight before she went to bed she could of broke more records if she didnt lol
 
you might want to bump it up a little but not go absolutly loopy with it.

I am a firm believer in using weight resistance .. just like every other muscle the more you train the more weight you can do and the larger/stronger the muscle gets. I have been using a routine a frined of mine does from MMA and i must say WOOOOOOOOW .. I go really intense but only do around 75-85 reps for abs and obliques



What is the routine your MMA friend does? I'm interested to hear about that !!!
