I am down from 223lbs to 203lbs, everything is coming along fairly easily and I am still cheating on my diet often, but plan to tighten it up as my back really needs to thin out.
Getting a lot better about not cheating, I was having 2 full out cheat days a week and still loosing weight, now I am down to one cheat meal and one dessert a week, at 8 weeks, I will drop to one cheat meal a week, and at 4 weeks no moere cheating at all. This is the 1st time in my life to ever diet, I have lived on Hamburgers, pizza, and coke for a long time, so it has been a little tough to give it up, but it is getting easier and worth it.
