10 week FIRST Cycle - My progress In Pictures

nice progress bro, bottom line is this, yes it was to early, and yes you looked like you never seen a weight before, but you still made progress. progress that could have been made natty BUT you still got it done. Half of these guys on here started the same way, then they put on 20lbs of h2o after a dbol cycle and tell you youre stupid for doing it. make you next one worth it, dont slow down, keep your momentum and the next one will be the real deal. Nice job tho, keep workin hard.

btw...i got nuttin but love for all yall.
 
what a waste is all I can say. I saw more results naturally in 3 months that you have your entire time on AAS. What was going on in your head? You had absolutely no base at all and should never have run anything. Good luck gaining naturally.

you say flaming, we say setting this guy straight. a lot of us DID train naturally for years without using steroids the first two weeks we started weight training.

Ok, I usually don't flame. So I'm just gonna give my advice, all from personal experience:

I honestly think you could've gained that same amount, if not more, with just a change in diet. Especially at your age (presuming you're younger). Seriously. I've actually made some of the most gains in *between* cycles with a tuned-up diet and workout. Eat, eat, and eat some more!

Supplement whole food with protein shakes. More protein, more whole carbs, more good fats. You WILL grow. Food is the most anabolic substance. It's not too late... after this cycle is all wrapped up, just go and eat. Take creatine if you have to. Some glutamine, multi-vitamins. Find a good workout program - this can also make a big difference... heavier weights, less reps.

Take all this advice with a grain of salt, even from the people that don't sugar-coat it *grin* We all mean well. Good luck!
 
as long as the poster see results more power to him. but def up the protein intake 2xbodyweight each day and should grow with that along with clean diet of carbs/fats.

im stuck at 205 right now and thinking winter to get 15 more lbs on me.
 
I'll never blast a guy form posting pics and your results were decent. Definitely you should have waited to do the sauce though bro. It's not a matter of keeping the gains it's the fact that no cycle is like your first cycle. You should have gotten closer to your genetic limits before you started than blasted through them with the extra aid. You look like you go to the gym but most people would be shocked by the fact that you did a cycle - it's just not that evident in your overall size and shape.
 
i'm curious about your age and previous diet/training. the gains are obviously noticeable, even significant. i'm curious what led you to decide on aas at this point? were you around 30, for example, and felt impatient? do you think you tried working out natty for some time, and found that nothing worked?

that big? i'm a skinny-ass motherfucker. never juiced, don't know if i will. and i hate food, unless it's the good kind that makes me fat.

i should be picking up a sack of herb tonight, that might help me choke down some extra grilled chicken.
