10 week FIRST Cycle - My progress In Pictures

i've made better progress then that a year natty. I think i was putting on like 15-20lbs the first few months without aas.

You definetely had some good progress, and I wouldn't be surprised if you kept a lot of the gains (since it really only looks like you gained 5 lbs) but like everyone else said, you really could have gained more. If you decide to do another I would suggest really taking some advice from they tenured guys here on the forum, they know what their talking about.

Maybe even spend some time on the nutritional forum and learn how to stack on the mass with just food.

Dude...you look like you went from not a single day of training, to MAYBE a few months worth. Why did you hop on gear so quickly? You could've done the same thing just eating a little more and training properly.

If your idea of "the truth" is stupid comments that dont make sense then i concur - over it!

Sorry bro, but those aren't stupid comments, everyone has the right to their own opinion. Hard work and patience would have done you wonders. Check out AGX's strength stack, stay natty for a year and then give AAS another run when you have a better base.

A side pic may do you more justice, but I don't see much diff.

I'm not bashing you either, just trying to help. Good luck and keep lifting!

how old are you..

the cycle you laid out looks liek something off of bodybuilding.com or some website..

did you research for a year and a half, then decide you wanted to start lifting so you added aas?

How tall are you bro? Maybe that will help clear up some of the confusion.

If you are 6'1 or 6'2 or so, then I can see how that was 35 lbs, and assuming you are at least 6'0, then I think the progress was substantial and solid..

And this comment I'm about to make may be somewhat controversial, but fuck it.. ;)
They prescribe AAS to AIDS patients to prevent muscle wasting, and to victims of accidents who are layed up in the hospital for months to help them gain back some of their weight... obviously the man was underweight, so I don't see anything wrong with him having taken gear (assuming he trained and ate).. sure there are drawbacks, and I do disagree with the amount he took (I think he should of been able to make those gains with just testosterone alone really).

But in this case, the man says he feels much better now that he has a base and if that is what was needed for him psychologically to attain the motiviation to devleop a new lifestyle, then I say it was well worth it; sure, I wish he could have attained that motivation without having to have done a cycle, but oh well, to each his own.

Assuming you are around 6'1 bro, then I say you made great progress, although I think you could have attained the same gains in at least 9 months with natural training (if you know how to eat and train that is) - so you got it in 1/3 the time and props to you. But now that you got your foundation, if you keep going then lets see what progress you can make naturally over the next 9 months and see if you can't go up another 20 pounds (which you absolutely should be able to do if you are dedicated enough and don't have a hyperthyroid). Use all this bashing from these guys as motivation to prove everyone of them wrong, and then come back on this forum and say, "remember me, now this is how much progress I've made naturally in 9 months.. oh, and btw, all you flamers can suck my left nut." But just keep with it bro.. natural at first is slow but sure.. you should be able to get up to 210 completely natural here on out within two years no probs if you train and diet consistently with dedication.

not a nice way to put it but re78 tells ls it like it is. i was thinking something similar...like why the hell you doing steroids already?

looks like you never really worked out and jumped into using AAS without learning how to eat properly or even lift to achieve some mass naturally. so what happens when you go off? back to your before pic.

My thoughts exactly. You need food, not gear brother.

Good start... now eat 6k calories a day drink a cytomass or truemass shake before you go to sleep with whole milk..do this while lifting heavy for 24 weeks and take progress pics too..

I think its pretty rude of all the guys flaming this poor chap - yeah thats right i said it, chap.
Seriously though, what gives any of you the right to flame him for taking AAS. Why are any of us on this forum? None of us have any special reason why we should take them. He hasn't mentioned his age so we don't know that he's actually physically too young like 17 or 18 or something.
If he's hit 20 then fair enough, it will have no more of a negative impact on his body then AAS have on our bodies.
As for all the "you could have gained more natty" blah blah blah... I say bullshit.
I had the same skeleton he had when i was 20. I had trained since the age of 14, tanned the protein shakes and mega mass 4000 from argos for years. Tried creatine, GABA, and Boron back when that was meant to be the "next big thing" and gained nothing other than a tiny bit of shape. I took Sus 250, 300mg of Deca and 25mg of Dbol for 8 weeks and gained around 25lbs or so. I've never looked back. I used gear on and off for about 7 years. I now way in at around 185-190lbs and have been off the gear for 2 years pretty much so i'm more than happy that I did it. The benefits phycologically for one where tremendous. Plus, the pussy...
Its easy (or perhaps easier) for guys with a less ectomorphic (is that right?) skeleton to gain weight than for some one like me or this guy. I literally couldn't have gained anything more than a couple of pounds off eating till i was sick and trainging my ass off for an entire year. Some people just simply do not have the genetics at all.
The guy who made the particularly insulting comment about going from being a junkie to a normal skinny guy is just ignorant. I'm sure there are loads of guys much much bigger than you too. How would you feel if your efforts where belittled in such a patronizing way just because your not as big as the next guy?
The point is, we all use steroids to get bigger for what ever reason, non of us have any real need to. I'd suggest that this guy probably had more reason than most given his before pics.
