and what i was saying was an experienced bodybuilder/lifter on crank could gain about 10 pounds of lean (no fat no water retention in a years time) . So further down the road it gets harder to put on the lean muscle and thus more crank is then needed to add more to your frame. I am not talking about gaining 10 pounds the natural way which does happen when u haven't reached your genetic potential after a while 30 pounds in 1 year goes down to 5 pounds in 2 years then it's time to take some real supplements
