1 week out now..pics

On wed I start to slowly taper back the water, and eat say a potatoe with some protein every 1 1/2 hours all day. The sodium thats not in the food itself is gone, I continue tapering the water and loading the carbs till friday. Thurs night I hit up a mild diuretic, same fri morning and night, and am dry as a bone for Sat. The carb depleting I'm doing now causes a rebound effect when I start the loading

sounds and looks like you have everything under control. you said this is a level 1 show, right? i dont need to wish you luck haha
 
yup, its just level 1, first show, but there is still lots of competition. My disadvantage is that I trained naturally for so many years(which gives me some great muscle maturity), but have only started cycles 2 years ago, and havent done that many. Which means that I'm going up against guys that have been juicing for a much longer time than me, which is a massive advantage for them.
Still glad I put in 10 years of natural first though
 
Either your posing is getting better or you just leaned out a good bit more, cause since last week I see a 100% change!

Looking much tighter now, very noticable compared to a few weeks back.

much more exaggerated curves, waist much smaller etc
 
thanks guys. I was really pissy about the arm size i've lost in the last few days, and the front double bi pic made it worse. But then my buddy (who is also a board member) was at the gym when I did some posing, and he had an observation. My camera is stretching me out sideways, which made my arms look much smaller. In the gym they looked 2x bigger, and the crazy peak was back...damn camera
