On wed I start to slowly taper back the water, and eat say a potatoe with some protein every 1 1/2 hours all day. The sodium thats not in the food itself is gone, I continue tapering the water and loading the carbs till friday. Thurs night I hit up a mild diuretic, same fri morning and night, and am dry as a bone for Sat. The carb depleting I'm doing now causes a rebound effect when I start the loading
