1 Week into Cutting Cycle

I'm 1 week into an Anavar (70mg) N2shred+N2Slin cycle, trying to cut/re-comp.

It's going amazing, I already see a difference in just 1 week! People in the gym have been asking me what I did this past week because I'm looking solid (from the var). Strength is increasing, intensity at the gym is through the roof, I've gone 7 days straight and don't want to take a day off, everyday I get up I'm like a little kid in a candy store waiting to go to the gym.

I can feel a bit of my stubborn lower back fat disappearing, stomach is about the same at the moment. Diet is solid 230g protein 1800-2000 cals cardio everyday. Can't wait to see what the future holds, will post pics at the end and will try to update this thread regularly if anyone's interested

whats ur routine? exercises and durations?

yeah man, that damn belly, not sure how old u are but it is probably the single most difficult challenge once ur older and let it go for a while. I swear once I've got a 6 pack back I will keep it till I die.

Routine is basically:
Back/Bi's then 30 min high intensity cardio
Forearms/Abs then 30 min high intensity cardio
Chest/Tri's/Shoulders/Traps then 30 min high intensity cardio
Forearms/Abs then 30 min high intensity cardio
Legs then 30 min high intensity cardio
Forearms/Abs then 30 min high intensity cardio
Rest or start with back/bi's depending on how I feel, muscle recovery on var is top notch. Plus some supplementation I'm taking such as scivation xtend help fuel my workouts and help with recovery, tons of leucine and glutamine

Forearm/ab days I workout for about 1:15 then 30 minutes cardio
Major muscle groups I workout for about 1:30 for legs, back/bi's, 2 hours on my shoulder tri chest day
Always high intensity, low rest periods, I lift literally as heavy as possible, until my face is beat red

I agree, I'm a youngin (23) but I have a ton of alpha 2 receptors and fat cells in my stomach genetically, the yohomibine is helping I can already tell, you should look into it for sure.

You deserve some credit dylan! You helped me dial in my diet before I started, very much appreciated, results are coming (Greek yogurt is definitely the secret weapon)
 
Wow, cycle is going absolutely amazing, been in the gym 2.5 hours maxing out and doing high intensity cardio every single day since the cycle started except 1. I'm looking better everyday, and I can actually see and feel some fat loss in my lower back and stomach. I added in 30 minutes of morning cardio with 2 n2burns (Washing the cinnamon coating off as it messes with my stomach too much) and I bet this is going to make the fat loss even better. Diet has been perfect, have only cheated once when I had a 500ml chocolate milk, not the end of the world since I was still below my caloric intake for the day with it. Training has been the best part though, I haven't trained this hard in my entire life and I'm seeing the results.

This is my future cutting go-to cycle, if you have the money and want to run a safe effective cycle I would highly recommend this. I'm barely done 2 weeks and still have 4+ to go of var and n2shred, then I'm switching from n2shred to albuterol for 6 weeks (pct and a bit after). this is the best I've ever felt and looked in my entire life, can't wait to see that 6 pack

keep busting your ass man... im proud of your work and effort... albuterol is also an excellent choice... just be careful with it and don't overdo it but I think it will be great...

I swear that everytime I eat this for dinner, I am extra shredded the next few days...

Calamari Squid Steak... Its not the fried calamari you get at a restaurant... Its the PURE form of calamari, wild caught... It's not cheap and its not the easiest to find but my friend, if you can find it, its a great food for dinner... Trust me on this one.. =)

Just the name "calamari squid steak" sounds like it would shred you up real nice hah. I will definitely look into it, I live in a large metropolitan city so I'm 100% sure I'll be able to find it, just gotta look in the right place. I'll def be careful with the albuterol, Nathan set me up with a pretty good cycle.


As far as the overall cut is concerned I couldn't be happier, I wake up with a smile on my face everyday, seeing results constantly. I'm going to take a day off tomorrow though probably, went to the gym today and could kind of "feel" that my body was saying okay, time to rest for a bit. I'll probably hit the driving range and just chill by the pool
 
It's been another week so thought I would update.

What can I say other than I'm seeing results, definitely much faster than I would have naturally.

I'm about 18 days into var and strength is starting to go up very well (for example I could only plank 3 sets with bodyweight for 20 seconds each, now I can plank for 30-40 seconds 4 sets with a 45 pounds plate on my back) To be fair my core was very weak at the start, I neglected it quite a bit which was a bad move, but I'm making up for lost time by workoing it out 3-4 times a week hard. Noticed strength increase noticably on bi's tri's, back and chest. Shoulders and traps are kind of lagging, might switch up my routine.

Pumps on var are getting insane, working out forearms today I thought they were gonna explode, felt good though!

Vascularity is one thing that I am the most happy with, the visibility of my veins is getting better every few days thanks to var+lowering of body fat

Although the scale is exactly the same, there's no doubt I'm losing fat and the prrof is in the mirror, new cuts, serratus is comming in nicely, shoulder striations, bicep vein, all thats left is that STUBBORN fat in my lower abdomen and lower back. Did 70 minutes of cardio after my workout 75% of heart rate to shed some more fat, took tons of scivation xtend before, during and after to prevent catabolism, plus the var will help with that I'm sure haha.

3.5 weeks left of anavar
3.5 weeks left of N2shred
Then after switch to PCT+ albuterol, pct for 3 weeks and albuterol for 5-6

I'm still goin bro, 3 hours in the gym 9-10 hours sleep and haven't cheated on my diet at all, feeling pretty good actually.

I've heard about SARMs hundreds of times but never actually did any in depth research.

I'm at about 13%bf desperately trying to get to 8% by September 1st (about 14 weeks). edit: Just realized SARM's are suppressive, may use them at another time but doesn't make sense for me for now. I think based on what I have set up now I should reach my goal, if there's any other product I can stack with albut that you think may assist in getting to 8% I'd love to hear it, but obviously consistency of diet will be the real dictator, but a little extra help here and there can't hurt :)

Another week gone by, it's been exactly 1 month on the shred stack and 3.5 weeks on var. Progress is continuing, I cheated on my diet yesterday because it was my birthday, still only ate around 2,600 calories but tons of it was from carbs and not the good kind..

Still woke up this morning just as lean as usual, hit up legs today and killed it, then somehow managed to crush an hour level 8 on the stationary bike for an hour, I was sweating so much that not only was every inch of my shirt absolutely soaked but when I looked at my stomach there was sweat dripping everywhere lol

Vascularity is my favourite, with the fat loss I'm seeing new veins plus the old ones are showing through better and better, especially at night when the concentration of var is at its highest in my body I'm vascular as hell.

Strength is going up like crazy, muscle hardness and pumps are peaking, I swear my bi's feel like rocks if I curl even 10 pounds for a few reps

My weight is exactly the same as when I started, and I've clearly put on some muscle and lost fat. This is exactly what I wanted, I'm happy with my weight but not body composition, this stack is perfect for re-comping. Still have 3 months+1 week to my goal, then heading back to law school in Sept, I bet no one is going to recognize me when I go back that's for sure :)

230g protein in 2k calories is a fair effort unless youre using a lot of powder. im eating around 2k myself but feel i could do more for protein, only im on a bit of a budget since i lost my job

My diet is not exactly set it stone, but i eat extremely healthy. Yes I have shakes 3 times on workout days and 2 times on rest days, I'll have a protein shake in the morning for breakfast, post workout and a casein shake at night, on non workout days obviously I scrap the post workout shake. That's still only about 75/50 grams, the rest comes from egg whites (I drink a cup per day) greek yogurt (I eat a 500g tub per day, about 60 g protein and 36g carbs but only 6 sugar carbs, Almond butter has some protein in there, and obviously the main thing is chicken breast and lentils, I eat a lot of chicken breast, to the point that I'm literally forcing it down, steroids increase nitrogen retention so much that it's dumb not to eat a lot of it. I know the feeling of money and eating healthy, it's expensive! A stub of greek yogurt is $5 and I eat 1 everyday. The protein powder I get is a new zealand probiotic whey that has the highest nitrogen retention, so as you can tell it's expensive as hell, but it works.

I fluctuate my carb intake as well, it's sort of a carb cycle in a way, some days I'll be low, some days I'll be a bit higher, but I never go more than 150g of carbs in a day.

This has been working so I'm just sticking with it at this point, but I need to mention that when I go to the gym, especially since I've been on cycle, I'm killing it. I've been pushing myself past my mental and physical barriers lifting heavier and heavier each time and just pushing through any plateau.

Thanks for the support bros this site is where I got all my information on how to do things RIGHT! I've worked almost as hard as this before but whether it was diet/training/sleep/stress there was always something stopping me from progressing, not anymore.

Few changes goin on so I thought I'd update. It's funny, I went to the gym 4 days straight and ABSOLUTELY killed it each time and did an hour of cardio after, besides pumped muscles though I saw no difference in definition which was bothering me. Then I took a day off, went to the gym the day after and killed it, then the next day I woke up looking like I lost 4 pounds of fat. Same thing happened to me today after the same workout cycle, not complaining though!

My weight is going down, so far after 5 weeks of var and 6 weeks of n2shred I've lost about 7 pounds and I've gained muscle at least a few pounds, but the main difference is in the mirror, I literally look like a different person..

Strength is beginning to plateau especially chest

Vascularity getting better and better since the fat is coming off

I'm the leanest, strongest and most muscular I've been in my life and it's only going to get better from here because even though I thought my motivation level was a 10, it's 20 now!

Few changes:
- Var will now be extended to 7 weeks instead of 6
- N2shred stack will be done soon but I'll still be taking n2slin the whole time
- A buddy set me up with a sweet sweet cutter after this cycle+pct, 3 sarms, albuterol, forma and some other goodies for 8 weeks :) :) (So PCT will run up to the end of my goal, Sept 1st - 7-8% bf)

I still have 3 months to my goal and I KNOW I will get there, diet is solid and I literally can't train any harder than I am, I think I work harder than anyone else I see in my gym.

The final thing I want to say is that Anavar and the shred stack have been great, but I think it's positive effect on me was more mental than physical, these compounds inspired me to train like an animal, I ran var before but didn't see results like this. This further drives home the point that you have to work hard to get what you want, there's no shortcut or magic pill.
 
Extending cycle to 8 weeks. I have the gear, support stuff, and the cycle is just going so well that I don't wanna stop! I'm definitely gaining some solid muscle, I don't know if I respond well to var compared to other people but I definitely wasn't expecting to add this much muscle during the cycle, and still got another 2 weeks to go and from what I've researched var's muscle building properties occur slowly so I should be expecting some more muscle gains to come. Fat loss is incredible, especially with the shred stack which I'm finishing tomorrow. Totally recomping my body right now it's awesome, I strongly reccommend this cycle to cut for those who don't want any side effects but want results. And no side effects whatsoever, NONE AT ALL.

Whats next for me:
- 2 weeks of var still @ 70mg, shred stack is done, gonna run albuterol for 2 weeks with the var
- Then run PCT and stop the albuterol as well, PCT will be 4 weeks (clomid 25/25/12.5/12.5, post cycle double dosed, unleashed double dosed, forma stanzol 10 pumps, creatine nitrate)
- Then move straight into a triple stack of SARMS (gw, osta, s-4) with albuterol, forma, creatine nitrate, n2slin, run for 8 weeks

Goal was 8% bf by September 1st and with the progress I made plus what's planned, I think I'll surpass my goal :D ;)

It's definitely a killer little stack, if you time your doses properly and can get legit var this cycle is perfect. I'm guessing I've gained about 5 pounds of muscle, but the scale has dropped a good 10 pounds, so 15 pounds of fat in 6 weeks, I'll take that any day of the week

Not to mention strength gains, I added 15 pounds on all my lifts for chest/tri's and shoulders yesterday, I was a man possessed.
