1 Week into Cutting Cycle

keep busting your ass man... im proud of your work and effort... albuterol is also an excellent choice... just be careful with it and don't overdo it but I think it will be great...

Here is another secret weapon for you that I have not told anyone yet to eat...

I swear that everytime I eat this for dinner, I am extra shredded the next few days...

Calamari Squid Steak... Its not the fried calamari you get at a restaurant... Its the PURE form of calamari, wild caught... It's not cheap and its not the easiest to find but my friend, if you can find it, its a great food for dinner... Trust me on this one.. =)

Just the name "calamari squid steak" sounds like it would shred you up real nice hah. I will definitely look into it, I live in a large metropolitan city so I'm 100% sure I'll be able to find it, just gotta look in the right place. I'll def be careful with the albuterol, Nathan set me up with a pretty good cycle.


As far as the overall cut is concerned I couldn't be happier, I wake up with a smile on my face everyday, seeing results constantly. I'm going to take a day off tomorrow though probably, went to the gym today and could kind of "feel" that my body was saying okay, time to rest for a bit. I'll probably hit the driving range and just chill by the pool
 
It's been another week so thought I would update.

What can I say other than I'm seeing results, definitely much faster than I would have naturally.

I'm about 18 days into var and strength is starting to go up very well (for example I could only plank 3 sets with bodyweight for 20 seconds each, now I can plank for 30-40 seconds 4 sets with a 45 pounds plate on my back) To be fair my core was very weak at the start, I neglected it quite a bit which was a bad move, but I'm making up for lost time by workoing it out 3-4 times a week hard. Noticed strength increase noticably on bi's tri's, back and chest. Shoulders and traps are kind of lagging, might switch up my routine.

Pumps on var are getting insane, working out forearms today I thought they were gonna explode, felt good though!

Vascularity is one thing that I am the most happy with, the visibility of my veins is getting better every few days thanks to var+lowering of body fat

Although the scale is exactly the same, there's no doubt I'm losing fat and the prrof is in the mirror, new cuts, serratus is comming in nicely, shoulder striations, bicep vein, all thats left is that STUBBORN fat in my lower abdomen and lower back. Did 70 minutes of cardio after my workout 75% of heart rate to shed some more fat, took tons of scivation xtend before, during and after to prevent catabolism, plus the var will help with that I'm sure haha.

3.5 weeks left of anavar
3.5 weeks left of N2shred
Then after switch to PCT+ albuterol, pct for 3 weeks and albuterol for 5-6

whole foods would have the calamari or places like that... safeway gets it at times as well...

well if nate set you up with an albuterol cycle, nothing else needs to be said... it will treat you right! im going to run it after my cycle and pct are over as well... stacked with sarms... great work so far bro... keep going strong!!

I'm still goin bro, 3 hours in the gym 9-10 hours sleep and haven't cheated on my diet at all, feeling pretty good actually.

I've heard about SARMs hundreds of times but never actually did any in depth research.

I'm at about 13%bf desperately trying to get to 8% by September 1st (about 14 weeks). edit: Just realized SARM's are suppressive, may use them at another time but doesn't make sense for me for now. I think based on what I have set up now I should reach my goal, if there's any other product I can stack with albut that you think may assist in getting to 8% I'd love to hear it, but obviously consistency of diet will be the real dictator, but a little extra help here and there can't hurt :)

Another week gone by, it's been exactly 1 month on the shred stack and 3.5 weeks on var. Progress is continuing, I cheated on my diet yesterday because it was my birthday, still only ate around 2,600 calories but tons of it was from carbs and not the good kind..

Still woke up this morning just as lean as usual, hit up legs today and killed it, then somehow managed to crush an hour level 8 on the stationary bike for an hour, I was sweating so much that not only was every inch of my shirt absolutely soaked but when I looked at my stomach there was sweat dripping everywhere lol

Vascularity is my favourite, with the fat loss I'm seeing new veins plus the old ones are showing through better and better, especially at night when the concentration of var is at its highest in my body I'm vascular as hell.

Strength is going up like crazy, muscle hardness and pumps are peaking, I swear my bi's feel like rocks if I curl even 10 pounds for a few reps

My weight is exactly the same as when I started, and I've clearly put on some muscle and lost fat. This is exactly what I wanted, I'm happy with my weight but not body composition, this stack is perfect for re-comping. Still have 3 months+1 week to my goal, then heading back to law school in Sept, I bet no one is going to recognize me when I go back that's for sure :)
