1 leg at a time??

I currently do one leg, leg presses. I keep the knee right in line with the foot pointed straight forward. I really like this and always do the weakest leg first.

I know I am not recovering from an injury. I am saying the exercise has merit and can be a real challenge to the leg and the mind.
