Well, my result are a little deceiving if you will. I started out at 197 but with a decent amount of body fat. So I shot up to 212, some water, some fat, but mostly muscle. Strength also went way up.
Immediately following the cycle I started my cutting cycle which consisted of low-carbing, NYC, Yohimburn, and 6-OXO. I dropped water and fat in a hurry. So it's been 2 1/2 weeks now since I stopped 1-AD and I've lost 12 pounds, however, my abs are just about showing and I'm alot leaner and harder than when I started.
So as of right now it looks like the net gain was only 3 lbs. But bear in mind I have a higher LBM %age now.
