I see 1fast400 has it, $38 a bottle. So if I were to do a month run of this at 600mg/day I need 3 bottles.

Is this stuff really that good? Seriuosly? You keep a decent amount of the gains? I've never even considered PH's before, but thinking of trying this.

Give yourself time to recover a bit from this last cycle. Then get yourself 3 bottles of Ergopharm 1-AD (and some topical 4-AD if you can find it.

Run it for 5 weeks going from 300mg a day the 1st week, 400 the next week, 500 the 3rd, 600 the 4th, 600-700 the last.

I ran this cycle and went from 197 lbs to 212 in 4 weeks time.

How much of that 15lbs did you keep?

Well, my result are a little deceiving if you will. I started out at 197 but with a decent amount of body fat. So I shot up to 212, some water, some fat, but mostly muscle. Strength also went way up.

Immediately following the cycle I started my cutting cycle which consisted of low-carbing, NYC, Yohimburn, and 6-OXO. I dropped water and fat in a hurry. So it's been 2 1/2 weeks now since I stopped 1-AD and I've lost 12 pounds, however, my abs are just about showing and I'm alot leaner and harder than when I started.

So as of right now it looks like the net gain was only 3 lbs. But bear in mind I have a higher LBM %age now.

I'm still hesistant to try PH's...especialy after all your here that there complete shit and better off with the real thing. But I do understand that todays PH's are much better then before.

Do you feel the 1-AD put the water weight on you, or do you think that was more diet? I'm dieting right now, so if I tried it I wouldn't expect to gain any weight, but hell, if I could maintain my 200lbs (5'7") and get even leaner that would be great. Already have abs, just need to lose a few more pounds.
 
hey, how long of a shelf life does 1-AD and oxo have? (can i order my oxo same time as AD and take it post cycle?) .
