Im interested in taking a 1-ad supp, such as the Twinlabs Andro Nitrate3 fuel, but im worried about the sides...mainly hair loss and gyno...is there something to take to offset these?
 
While taking 1-AD, up to 700mg a day, I was taking Saw Palmetto 2x a day to help with DHT conversion and possible hairloss. Didn't notice any problems.

As far as gyno goes, 1-AD does not aromatize very easily, so your chances of gyno are pretty slim. But if you are worried, you can take something like this during your cycle:

Do not take the twinlab product you mentioned. I have to wonder if the person who developed this knows anything about prohormones. If 1-ad is what you want go with Ergo.
 
Twinlab seems to be going downhill. Just look at the label for the new prohormonal product. They really missed with this one. Why would they combine 1-test with 1-ad. That makes no sense.

The label doesn't even tell you how much of each prohormone is in there. It could be a 1/3 split of the 3 or there could be 90 mg of 4-AD and 10 mg of 1-AD per pill, how could you know the difference.

I agree with bigswole, go with Ergopharm 1-AD. That's what I used, it's the most reputable one out there right now. Those directions tell you not to exceed 1 tablet daily. At 1 tablet daily about all you are going to get is a placebo effect.
 
i bought 2 bottles, im on the second bottle now, the frst bottel i tool 3 a day, now im upping it to 5 then 6, i am not pleased with the product, wished i went to try the ergo 1-ad and 4-ad
just my .02

as far as ph's go i think i want to try a real cycle instead over the winter, i will be 21 by then lifting for close to 2 years, 6'2, 175 let me know what you guys think

Hold off on the juice a little longer, you are still a little young.

Give yourself time to recover a bit from this last cycle. Then get yourself 3 bottles of Ergopharm 1-AD (and some topical 4-AD if you can find it.

Run it for 5 weeks going from 300mg a day the 1st week, 400 the next week, 500 the 3rd, 600 the 4th, 600-700 the last.

I ran this cycle and went from 197 lbs to 212 in 4 weeks time.
 
what 4-ad would you recomend? also i ran across BCD Nutrision t-1 lotion that contains 1-test ans 4ad, any info about products that produced results would be verry heplful

I am at the end of a 4-week cycle of 1AD-4AD (both from ErgoPharm and I am stopping everything tonight with my last dosage). I went straight into 600mg a day and stayed with it throughout the 4 weeks.

My gains were borderline ridiculous as my strength soared, my pants all felt bigger around the waist and I really have no complaints at all. I never took any measurements other than weight and I gained in the neighborhood of 10-12 pounds, and they had to be "good" pounds as my pants feel a lot looser. I did also eat tons of protein although my diet was far from perfect and also consumed 10 grams or creatine on training days (before and after) and 5 grams on off days.

I read somewhere that if I try this again I should think about 1AD alone as the 4-AD can cause water retention? The only side I felt at all was the sleep factor. I needed more of it in these last 4 weeks and always shot for at least 8 hours a night.

I am by no means shredded but at 36 I have never looked or felt better. Here are some issues I could use help with and thanks in advance. I am starting my 6oxo tomorrow to boost the test levels back up and will start high and end low. Suggestions for how long and how much each week?

And how long should I wait before I begin another cycle? 4-6 or 6-8 weeks? The wealth of knowledge I have gained from all of you in a short time is fantastic. Thanks much.

I see 1fast400 has it, $38 a bottle. So if I were to do a month run of this at 600mg/day I need 3 bottles.

Is this stuff really that good? Seriuosly? You keep a decent amount of the gains? I've never even considered PH's before, but thinking of trying this.

How much of that 15lbs did you keep?

I think I'm gonna pick uip 3 bottles of the Ergo 1-AD...how many bottles of 6-OXO do I need for recovery?

Do you think pyramiding up in dosage is the best way to go, or just run it for 600mg/day for 30 days?

Well, my result are a little deceiving if you will. I started out at 197 but with a decent amount of body fat. So I shot up to 212, some water, some fat, but mostly muscle. Strength also went way up.

Immediately following the cycle I started my cutting cycle which consisted of low-carbing, NYC, Yohimburn, and 6-OXO. I dropped water and fat in a hurry. So it's been 2 1/2 weeks now since I stopped 1-AD and I've lost 12 pounds, however, my abs are just about showing and I'm alot leaner and harder than when I started.

So as of right now it looks like the net gain was only 3 lbs. But bear in mind I have a higher LBM %age now.

I'm still hesistant to try PH's...especialy after all your here that there complete shit and better off with the real thing. But I do understand that todays PH's are much better then before.

Do you feel the 1-AD put the water weight on you, or do you think that was more diet? I'm dieting right now, so if I tried it I wouldn't expect to gain any weight, but hell, if I could maintain my 200lbs (5'7") and get even leaner that would be great. Already have abs, just need to lose a few more pounds.
 
hey, how long of a shelf life does 1-AD and oxo have? (can i order my oxo same time as AD and take it post cycle?) .

Put it this way, I have NEVER been over about 200 lbs from just training heavy and food. 4 weeks of 1-AD and I blew right past that up to 212. I have no doubts in my mind of the effectiveness of 1-AD.

Also I stacked the 1-AD with 4-AD, it might have been the 4-AD that caused the water retention more than the 1-AD.
 
it is absolutely the 4-ad the does the water retenttion, I couldn't believe the amount of water compared to 1-AD alone.
