which do yall think is better as far as muscle mass gains?? i know most prob think mit but i figured id ask only cuz when i tried 1-ad i got great gains but when i tried 1-tu the gains were very minimal...it could have been cuz i ate less n trained less!!??
 
this is day 2 on the m1t and so far i really dont see any effects from it. is 2 days not enough time to get any benifit from it? if i see no difference in the next couple days I think im gonna order the 4ad that everyone seems to be stacking it with
 
I took 1-ad for 6 weeks and got minimal gains.....had some nut shrinkage...the biggest thing i got was a boost in strength during my workout...In school they taught us that prohormones have no anabolic effect on the body. They said creatine had more of an anabolic effect than PH.... :)
