Starting my cycle on Monday, so I thought I should get started on my journal for this in case anyone is interested.

Dosing Schedule
Breakfast-100 mg 1-ad, about 6 squirts 4-ad
Lunch-100 mg 1-ad
6 o clock-100 mg 1-ad, about 6 squirts 4-ad
Post workout-100 mg 1-ad
Hour before bed-about 6 squirts 4-ad
I think that is about everything. Oh, planning on 4,000 calories/day. I can post my workout and/or diet if anyone is interested in that. If you guys think of anything you wanna know that I left out just lemme know. Thanks for reading guys.
