09/20 Week4 Day4 DE Lower

Box Squats: 115x10x2 + light bands choked down
Set 1, 2, 9, and 10
I don't know if you can see it in the video or not, but I lowered the bar down on my back more after IronLion and pwr_machine's suggestion. I also focused on flexing my upper back and staying tight. Lastly, I tried to work on not falling onto the box at the very end. For some reason, I was really slow on that first set.
Speed Deads: 205x6x3 + reverse light bands
Set 1, 3, and 5
I need to get my butt down and arch my back more.
Hypers: BW+65lb BBx5x8
Dimel Deads: 135x3x20
Set 1
Please crititque my form on these as it was my first time ever doing them. After watching the video, I might have been going a little too far down with the bar. What do you think?
Pull Thrus: 170x3x6
Doubled mini band Ab pull downs: 1x50
Another solid day. This was our last day to use bands for a while.
On Sunday I did a couple sets of clean and press into overhead walks with 155. Those were fun.
